“Cozy Villa in walking distance to Coral Bay!”

Cozy Villa, we loved our stay there! Although the Villa is a little bit older than it seems in the pictures, the rooms & beds are super comfy, the towels and sheets were fresh and everything you need is there. We felt like home! The house had 4 terraces (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs) and each one is in another direction - so you can choose between sun or shadow at each time of the day. There ist everything you need in walking distance: a big supermarket (Philippos, 3 minutes), Restaurants (3/10 minutes) and the Beach Coral Bay (10 minutes). Free parking in front of the house or inside the house gate. The communication with Christos was uncomplicated and super friendly. He helped us with every question we had and also gave us tips. Thank you!

“Excellent home, location, amenities and owner”

The pool was the perfect size for swimming. The house has everything you need for living. The villa was amazing, better than we expected from looking at the pictures, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, the hosts left us some snacks which was great as we had a late flight. We also had a late flight and they were kind enough to let us check out later! I highly recommend, we had a great time. The location is excellent. Five minutes walk to the supermarket and restaurants. It's a leisurely fifteen minutes to the beach.

The location is perfect - near is a beach, bus stop, restaurants, supermarket... The property has a very nice pool with outdoor shower and bbq.

“Clean modern villa in a great location”

Arrived at midnight to find a very friendly Christos waiting, and cold wine, water and milk in the fridge (very appreciated) along with bread, fruit and loo roll. Villa is situated 2 mins walk from supermarket (which offers a free lift back to the villa), the main strip of restaurants and bars is around a 5 minutes walk away. Aircon worked great in the bedrooms, hot water plentiful, and beds were very comfortable. Christos allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge as noone was due in that day very much appreciated

“space, peaceful and clean ..”

the pool and space around the villa were fantastic. the location to Coral bay was great too… the sea views from the upstairs terrace really did make it such a great place to spend your holiday. the staff were helpful but not intrusive so we really did have the place to ourselves…

Superb location. Easy access to supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach. All within 5/10mins stroll. Fabulous upstairs terrace with views of the sunset. Plus the terrace got all day sun and plenty of space for sunbathing and loungers available. Lovely pool area and seating downstairs too. Very private and lovely quiet surroundings. Yet all within walking distance of the 'strip'. Property was very clean. All English channels available on the TV including Sky sports. Christos was an exceptional host.
