“Lovely villa”

The location was lovely. 5 minutes from the beach and about 10 mins from the town. The villa was perfect for a large group and it had plenty of seating areas inside and out. The host was there to greet us and had got a welcome pack of wine, beer, bread butter. The beds were comfortable and aircon if needed throughout. Plenty of cooking utensils, plates dishes etc. Dishwasher and washing machine in the villa and dishwasher tablets and washing powder provided. The pool was beautiful and we didn't feel overlooked on the patio. There was even an ice-cream van that came down from a little road ro the beach and he would stop at the bottom of the villa for us to buy ice-cream from the patio. The host was easy to message, and advised us when house keeping were arriving.

Everything about this villa is great. The location - a two minute walk to Coral Bay beach. The pool - brilliant The villa - four good bedrooms and plenty of bath/shower rooms. It’s only a nice ten minute walk to the strip. I would 100% recommend!!

Location was perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to the shops and nightlife.

“Amazing Villa to enjoy beautiful Cyprus”

Me and my 6 friends went to Cyprus for 5 days to celebrate my big birthday:))) Villa was lovely, nice swimming pool, clean( cleaners even came in couple days to clean the villa and change the bed sheet) Great location, few minutes to the beach and about 15 min walk to centre Coral Bay where you can find lots of nice restaurant, bars and souvenir shops. We found even shop with souvenirs and food 5 min down the road, perfect. Our host Vasilis was amazing, if we needed anything or any advice, there was always response. I must say thank you to Vasilis for all his support. This Villa is definitely worth the money and we all had a great time!! Eva

Great stay at this beautiful house We had a fantastic stay at this large, comfortable house just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The home was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, including everything we needed for our small children (bed, high chair, etc.). The location is perfect—just a short stroll to the main street in Coral Bay with shops, restaurants, and more. The pool was a great bonus, and the whole property had a welcoming, cozy feel. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was really great. Large living room connected to the open kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Everything you need, including basic cleaning products. A nice gesture was a welcome bottle of wine and basic food products such as coffee, milk and bread. The bedrooms are comfortable and nice. All bathrooms are clean. Air conditioning in all rooms. An additional advantage was a beautiful swimming pool in the backyard, which is wonderfully landscaped with greenery. Deckchairs available. We were in a group of 8 people and it was really comfortable. The area is quiet, but the nearest shops and bars are only 150 m away. If someone is looking for a beach, the nearest public one is a 5-minute walk away. You can also drive your car to the free parking lot. Additionally, the contact with the host was excellent. I sincerely recommend it!

Amazing and clean villa close to the see. We enjoyed very nice time with family. The pool is not heated and late October becomin bit fresh as the days getting shorter.

Villa was amazing, near the see, hot water in the swimming pool, coral bay center with bars and restaurants 15 minutes walk, its semi detached house but when you reserve Villa the other half is not for rent. You can also rent whole Villa for 20 People! Rally nice!
