Host was amazing and accommodating. I had booked the villa 30mins before arrival. I think there was an issue with this villa so the host sent me and my family to a nicer villa just down the road (coralia dream villa 1) . Housekeeping were friendly dropping off towels etc and even drove us to the supermarket . Absolutely lovely company to deal with, efficient communication. Let us check out the villa a bit later . I can’t give a review of this exact villa but I would book with them again. 10/10 for customer service

We were moved to villa 8 due to issues with the downstairs electrics and this villa was even better than villa 10 ,the views from the top terrace were amazing and it was so close to the strip. We hired a car so it was easy to get around. The pool was clean and the villas not overlooked

Location was central, close to Coral Bay main road and that was convenient. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was also convenient as we have 2 children one of which teenager( wants his space) The swimming pool seemed clean, albeit a bit small eventhough we choose not to use it and spent our days at the beach.

The a/c in the living room wasn't working and it took them 2 days to visit the villa to fix it. On the other hand the WiFi was terrible we couldn't connect not even a device. The speed was 0.5 which is slower than a phone's speed. Although we contacted the customer service 3 times and although we informed them that WiFi is crucial because we had to work remotely they didn't try at all to find a solution. In our last communication we sent them a screenshot of the speed test we have done because they were saying that the internet was ok and they didn't even answer back to us. In the price it included the WiFi although the speed was horrible and in other words it was useless.
