Cozy apartment with a garden near the sea and useful places. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and lunch. Comfortable bed and new bed linen. Friendly staff. Responsive owner. Cheap in the fall. Good value for money. There is parking. Free electricity consumption has a limit, but it is large, it was enough for us.

Excellent apartments by the sea. Cozy, clean apartment with a veranda, garden and sea view. Check-in is after 5 p.m., but you can negotiate and arrive earlier for an additional fee. The administration provides extensive information on how to find the apartment, where to get the keys, and the Wi-Fi password. The staff is friendly and uses physical distancing. All communications via messenger or through the Booking.com website. The apartment has everything you need to prepare food. There are restaurants and cafes nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The place is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the garden and sea. Walking in the surrounding area is very convenient. The places are beautiful. Rent a car and see the entire island.

Excellent location. This is a small, tranquil apartment complex with a swimming pool and tennis court close to all amenities. The apartments are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, all utensils. You can use instant messengers to communicate with the owner. There are no neighbors nearby and we felt calm. Keys can be obtained from the locked safe near the door. There is electricity control. 12 kW per day is free, for the rest you need to pay extra. If you use electricity wisely, then this is more than enough. We had enough, we didn’t go beyond the limit.

Cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet, confidential place. Great location. Communication with the host is fast. Sea and garden views from the covered veranda. Excellent pool and tennis court. The public areas are beautiful. Close to the beach and amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarket, bus stops, bank, pharmacy) no more than 5 minutes walk. We'll be back in the spring. Thank you.

“Perfect for families”

A wonderful apartment, that has everything you would need (Kitchen, Washing Machine, etc.). We particularly loved the location of it. Grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream shops, Minigolf was only a short walk away. Multiple beaches were close-by as well. Parking right in front of the apartment was another great thing about our stay. The apartment itself is spacious enough and the community pool across the street was lovely as well (there were hardly any other people there). I particularly loved that 4 socket adapters were provided - such a kind little detail for travellers!

Stunning view, fantastic apartment, beautiful garden, we spent 11 days here (wish we booked more :)). We appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen (including diswashing detergent, washing sponge, garbage bags). Location is perfect, we love walking, went everywhere on foot (supermarket, beach), everything we needed was well within comfortable walking distance. The owner is responsive, there are no surprises, you get value for your money. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures.

Comfortable and clean flat in a nice and quiet area but quite close to the centre with shops. Each bedroom and living room equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which was great. Nice shaded terrace and a lovely garden full of greenery where lemons grow:). Very helpful owners. Shared estate pool which lacked sun loungers but very clean. Close to the sea but it is not a beach and you need a car or bus to get to one of the nicer beaches in the Paphos area : Coral Bay or Laurou Beach. We are satisfied.

“Excellent stay close to Coral Bay”

The property is exactly as on the pictures. It is very well located. Perfect for a family with two kids. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are practical and functional. The place was very clean when we arrived. Access to the garden, tennis court (a bit old) and shared swimming pool is very easy as less than 100m from the apartment. Access to the sea for snorkeling/swimming just a few hundreds meters down (5 min walking) and Coral Bay beach close by (20 min walking). Shop for food at 2 min in car and plenty restaurants and facilities at walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the starting kit provided (sponge, washing powder, etc..), water bottle, beers ;-), provided at our arrival.

Almost everything was perfect, the appartment is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The terrace and garden are special love with a small sea view. We had all the meals in there enjoying warm autumn weather 😊

The apartment is very nice, comfy and clean. We had a wonderful time here, the location is perfect. Owner communicated clearly and in time. The best beach of Coral Bay is a 3min drive only, restaurants & supermarkets are very close. However the restaurants are not the cheapest, almost double the price compared to Paphos city area. The apartment has everything you'll need during your stay. Thanks for a lovely time!

It was a perfect place for our one week stay with a family. Nice, cosy and silent place with all conveniences. Beautiful covered terace with a garden that we used everyday, and a public pool, that our kids were so happy about. Thank you for welcoming place.
