Very quiet location but a fair walk to the main bars and restaurants although there are a few at the bottom of the road quite close. great bus service at teh bottom of the hill.. 1.5 euros to Paphos.

The villa is located in a quiet street and is surrounded by tall trees and the pool is in the backyard. So the place is really private. The furniture and equipment are even better than it is shown in the pics. For example, there was a swing sofa in the backyard, two tables in the patio - for dinner and for coffee. The bathrooms are equipped very nicely. The furniture in the living room was made of white eco-leather. And it's so comfortable. The two queen beds are not very broad, but to my taste are just perfect, nicely firm and absolutely sturdy, not a sound. The swimming pool was clean, a service guy came regularly (every 3 days or so, at about 8 am), he didn't bother us and performed everything quietly. The kitchen had all the needed appliances. We enjoyed a welcome bottle of wine and two bottles of water. Thanks! And a few words about the location. Our family just loves Peya. The villa is in a few minutes’ walk from the largest sand beach. There is also about 7 minutes to beautiful restaurants and small shops. We loved Legends bar&restaraunt (5 min walk), Blazing Sedals (10 min), Samisen restaurant and their tepanyaki (10 min). Every day a car with ice cream came to our house (around 3 pm), but we preferred gelato at DaVinci café. There is a bus stop near the beach, and every 10 mins or so 615 bus takes you to the Old Port, a large shopping mall, and a huge territory with ancient tombs. The supermarket Philippos is in 15-17 mins walk, and if you spend over 50 euro, you can enjoy free delivery. So there is no need to rent a car at all. Ezoria gave us 20% discount for the water park. It was great. Earlier there was an Olympic swimming pool with classes for kids, but this year it didn’t work, unfortunately. And in 15 mins walk there is a free bus to the zoo. But this year we were too lazy for that.
