“It's cheap, which should manage your expectations. At least you get a warm bed and a shower.”
Location was fine, walking distance from shops. Area itself was a bit remote for my European standards, but that is more of a general issue in North America. Staff was very friendly. The bed was nice and the shower does its job. Cheap place to stay for a few nights, compared to the rest of Vancouver.

“I gave my overall view in above”
Was quiet & clean I checked in at 10pm and all next 3 days left every morning around 7am & back around 11pm . Just sleep there for a few hours every night . Price was reasonable eventhogh it was a basement .

“Pleasant host, clean and comfortable facility.”
Very clean home. Friendly host. Street noise was lower than I had expected. The host has cats and I am allergic, but she kept them downstairs and the house was so clean that simply keeping the door to my bedroom closed was all that was necessary - I had absolutely no issues in that regard. The location was convenient for me and off-street parking was most appreciated.
