It could do with a deep clean. The extraction grill above the cooker was so slimy with grease and dirt. Also, I wanted to extend my stay due to logistical changes and it was the hardest thing to do. The client service department of this company are absolutely rubbish. I have never ever had such difficulty trying to book one night in an accommodation. On the chats I got the same automated response each time. Even when I got a human then just had a copy and paste response. Then on the telephone (which I had to borrow from a stranger because they don’t have an international number) they were very unwilling to make any effort to help and had no solution around their terrible terrible payment system. I even offered to bring them cash to their office and they said no. Awful awful service.
