Everything and the staff. We had a huge room over looking the bay, spa bath, fire made up daily. Common area with another great view and fresh water to fill bottles. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms have amazing views and are very comfortable, loved using the wood burner. They are so helpful storing luggage if you are staying one night on the Isla del Sol.

We loved our stay here and only wish it was longer. All the staff were so lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and the views were stunning. A highlight was having a fire at night. We were able to store our things when going to Isla del Sol and when we came back were grateful to use the lounge (coffee/tea and toilet) while we waited for our bus. It is a walk up from the beach but that's what makes the views so great. Would 100% book here again.

“Fantastic.”

One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in across Bolivia. The staff were super hospitable and made us feel at home. The open fires in the room is a really nice touch that makes the room feel very cozy. They can also store your big luggage if you travel to Isla del Sol which is very helpful as it’s best to pack light. Would highly recommend staying here while you’re in Copacabana.

The list of positives is endless - decor; quirky, unique and spacious - views from bedroom and lounge - attention to detail; hooks, radiator, fireplace, tea and coffee in room, number of sockets etc etc - location; a 5 minute walk up from the centre to provide lovely views of the lake - attentive staff - on site lammas

The room was great, amazing view of the town. They have shared kitchen facilities and allowed be to keep my large bag in a locker for two nights whilst I was in Isla de Sol. Really lovely and helpful staff.

“Must stay hotel in Copacabana!”

I cannot recommend this hotel more! Amazing location in the shore of Lake Titicaca with the best views. The cabins were comfy and well equipped with hammocks and outdoor furniture to enjoy the views too. We were warm and cosy through the night but there's also the open to have the log burner switched on, and hot water bottles are provided too. The shower was great and we loved that shampoo and conditioner was provided by request. The staff are all very friendly, especially the owner who made us feel so welcome. There is a 'common room" area with cooking facilities, drinking water, kettle etc - great place to chill after check out. There's even alpacas on site!

“Magical place, if you can afford it, book it. You won't regret it!”

Sultan Suites is out of this world! Such a fantastic quirky place to stay. The staff were great, carried our bags to our room. Each suite is individual, ours had a hot tub bath in the room which didn't work very well but also had an amazing shower. Bed was very comfortable. Wood burning stove which the staff came and set and lit for you every night and stocked up the wood basket for you. Common room to hang out in which we used for a good few hours after check out and places to sit and enjoy the incredible view. Unlimited drinking water provided which is uncommon in South America. You have your own hammocks and chairs outside your room. The walk from town is steep (get a taxi for basically no money when you arrive with your luggage but fine for walking back and forth, we were worried about this from other reviews but it was fine if you take your time and are acclimatised. Games and books available for use at reception and they organise a taxi for you when you leave.

Be careful with the booking of the hotel. We made a booking, but when we came, the manager noticed that our room was occupied by other tourists because we didn't provide in the messenger in booking. com our arrival time. we have to find another hotel after long trip

Suites Sultan is lovely. The staff are very helpful. The room is spacious and clean the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the fire for the evening made my stay perfect.
