The location is fantastic, close enough to town to walk but far enough to have complete peace and quiet. The food made by the owner is sensational, we highly recommend ordering.

“Beautiful lakeside stay”

Such a beautiful space, we spent hours sitting in the garden and on the waterfront just in front of the accommodation. It's away from the town so it's really nice and quiet but close enough to walk if you need anything. The food at the accommodation is incredible and all locally sourced from the garden. I came to the island with a bad stomach and left feeling healthy and fresh. Libertat was a great host and made us feel very welcome, she even gave me some fresh aloe for my sunburn. She has created an amazing little sanctuary on the bank of lake Tikikaka.

Beautiful place a 20-30 min walk out of town. Which is exactly what I wanted. It's more peaceful and relaxed than in town. They have a hot solar shower that worked perfectly! Lots of blankets so I was very warm at night.

“Beautiful nature, sustainable and tasty food.”

The location is amazing. Obvious it is a bit away from the center, but therefore it is very calm. The view is beautiful, there is a lot of nature space, hammocks and the possibility to sit at the lake. The food was really good. Don't expect a huge amount for breakfast though for me it was perfect. I loved the sustainability and up cycling aspects!

This is the hippie compound of my dreams. Everything is bare bones in the best way while still being comfortable. Warm showers, cozy beds, a stove that works well. The entire space is eco-friendly, intentional, and perfectly located on the shores of the lake. About a 30min walk from town. The host, Libertad, is lovely. You can order vegetarian/vegan meals from her for a good price. I highly recommend for people looking for a relaxed, natural, intentional space.

“Rustic and Tranquil”

It was a very peaceful stay, we loved this rustic and environmentally friendly accommodation. There is also an amazing view of the lake. It is about 2km out from the main town, but this was a big benefit for us since it made it more tranquil without the business of the town, and you could swim in the lake without boats bothering you. The walk to town was really pretty so went by quickly. In case you don't want to go into town, there was really great food available at good prices. In fact their vegetarian hamburgers were the best we tasted in South America. The host is super lovely and friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended!!!

“Great views, Quite surrounding, beautiful birds and warm hosts”

It is in a quite area away from the buss of the city center. The host Libertard is a visionary who is trying to build a real ecolodge. Tasty home cooked organic food. Great views, good conversations. Lots of plants and flowers

The view and the location was amazing, a bit out of town but it was welcome as it was an insanely beautiful part of the world. Staff were very welcoming and provided breakfast abd tea for an affordable price.

Absolutely wonderful and quiet setting directly on the lakeshore. Hamacs to relax, wonderful view towards Copacabana which is 2 km away.

The owner, Libertad is amazing! You can tell she puts a lot of care into the place. We loved the location; it was so peaceful and felt really magical! We loved that Libertad grows her own herbs and vegetables and has her own chickens. The water is solar heated, making it mostly off grid, which is great! We HIGHLY recommend ordering food from the menu.. Libertad picks the ingredients fresh from the garden and is an incredible cook!!
