Hotel Utama was great. Very clean, beautiful layout, quiet, comfortable. The staff were very helpful with everything and super friendly. It is right between the main square and the beach, perfect location . We had a great view of the lake from our room

Great location, and the staff were very helpful and lovely. The common area was great, and we were able to store our bags during the day until our bus at 6pm.

“Lovely place to stay in Copacabana! Love it.”

This hotel is one of my favourite place I stayed during my 2 months South America solo trip! The lady owner was very kind, helpful and sweet. The entire hotel is very clean and comfortable, I really like my single room, it's just a lovely place! the location is also convenient, even you have to climb up a little bit, but just couple minutes walk from bus place and local market. Besides, you can have free tea, snacks and even banana in the public area on the first floor, how nice! Highly recommend if you're visiting Copacabana, the price is great, as a budget solo female traveler, I am really appreciate to stay here! Thank you for everything! definitely stay again if I visit Copacabana again.

Budget friendly, comfortable accommodation within minutes of the town centre. Nice staff and no hassles. La Cupola restaurant nearby and close to Cavilaria mount.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, good location not right in the centre but only 3 minute walk and it was comfortable and very clean room. Good Ebony Australia Wi-Fi too.

“Great accommodation in Copacabana”

We had stayed for a week at Hotel Utama, then went to Isla del Sol for a few days. Returned to Utama for a one night stay and collect our luggage generously stored by the hotel. Our room (#105) was clean, comfortable and like coming home. Beds are comfortable, linen and blankets lovely. Shower was working with hot water available. Staff are super friendly and sweet, always available if you need assistance with anything. Location is quiet and peaceful, a short walk from main plaza. Front rooms have great lake views. In our opinion, Hotel Utama has warmth and a great big heart and it'd be hard to find another accommodation in Copacabana that ticks all the boxes 💕 If we ever return to Copa, we'd run back to this family-business accommodation. Perfect stay 👌

Hotel Utama is a beautiful accommodation in the mid-price range. The hotel itself is warm, spacious and full of charm. The staff are welcoming and friendly, attentive and available. Coca tea, water and fruit are generously provided in the main entrance. The unique atrium kept the hotel warm throughout the day, keeping the rooms warm throughout the night. Our room (#105) was cosy, roomy, clean and had a lovely (partial) view of the lake. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, extra blankets are supplied. Bathroom worked well, hot water in the shower 🙏 An outdoor space is available - Loved having a morning coffee in this area. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel. Staff generously stored our luggage while we stayed on the island for a few days. Laundry service was affordable, clothes washed and sun-dried, returned folded. Hotel Utama is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. A 5min walk to main plaza, markets and eateries. Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful accommodation 🙏

“Great Location - Great price”

Location, cleanliness, staff and price.

We only stayed for a few hours to rest whilst we waited for our Bolivia Hop bus to La Paz.. but it was good! The bed and room was comfortable! The lady on the front desk was lovely.

It’s in a good location, close to restaurants and the port. The bed was comfortable. The staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming. 24/7 coca tea and free bananas.
