Enjoy being on the water's edge with stunning, uninterrupted ocean views from your own private balcony at Golden Sand Beachfront Accommodation. Each apartment has its own Weber BBQ as well as a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer is provided. Each apartment has a luxury bathroom. Golden Sand Accommodation is 3 minutes' drive from Coopers Beach and shops and restaurants. It is 15 minutes' drive from the Karikari Winery and golf course. The Bay of Islands are a 1-hour drive away.

“A spacious apartment with beach front access in a great location.”
The location was fantastic with direct access to the beach. The apartment was spacious & stylish with a relaxed holiday vibe feeling. There was a secluded terrace with outdoor seating and inside was very comfortable with air conditioning, dishwasher and a large bathroom & dressing room. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, will definitely come again.

The location was just stunning. The apartment was very modern but had such a cute retro feel. Loved just how clean, tidy it was and it had all the things you need when you are away.

“Fantastic relaxing holiday on a beach front accomodation with great facilities.”
We stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived the door was unlocked but had my name written with welcoming words on the glass in large fancy letters which was a nice touch. The glass sliding door opened up widely to the deck facing the beach. The beach was right in front of the deck and the views were lovely. The kids loved swimming in the ocean that had large waves on some days. The rock pools provided a good area for snorkelling for the kids when the waves were calmer. The prpoerty was very clean and modern and the kitchen was well equipped, including a good BBQ set up that we used one evening. It was really nice waking up to the sound of the beach every morning and being able to slide open the doors wide open as you felt like you were letting the ocean breeze right into the living room. The manager/owners were also very friendly and helpful.

“Family vibe, pet friendly and great stay”
Our family had a great stay here. The beds were super comfy, pet friendly, all of the things we need at the tips of fingers. The weather was great and the sea was most beautiful at day and night. The air-conditioning was a very big plus as the nights were very warm.

Had a lovely time at Golden Sands beachfront cable base stays. We had the unit under the main house which meant it was extra private. The views may not have been quite as good as on the beach but the extra privacy was well worth it.

My sister and I flew over from Australia to take our father (97 yrs old) up to Cape Reinga. He has never been there, and this is a great place to stay to break up the trip if driving from Auckland. It's a great location right by the water, and the apartment has everything you need. The weather was just perfect, and it's all about chilling out and creating lasting memories. A special mention to our hosts who were just your typical friendly down to earth people. Thank you for making our stay very special.
