We didn't report to the hotel management but my daughter's said that someone tried to get into our hotel room an they opened the door luckily they had the chain bolt on so they couldn't get in I just assumed they were drunk an got the rooms mixed up

We were given a room with connecting door to neighboring room. The door let every noise through, people from next door came back around midnight and talked loudly for almost an hour, making sleeping impossible. Staff at reception was rather unfriendly upon our arrival. Did not appreciate that per room 100 dollars are kept in reserve for up to 10 days. Price to pay was different (higher) than price reserved via booking.com. Breakfast options very poor, coffee was lukewarm, styrofoam cups and plates, plastic spoons.

Nothing. The first room I was given had urine stains and hair on the toilet. The tub also had hair in it. The elevator floor tiles were coming up the paint in the elevator was peeling everywhere. There wasn’t any waffles or eggs at breakfast.
