“Relaxing Villa with great pool”
Beautiful villa with great garden and pool. Very relaxing. Good amenities, including a small gym. Friendly staff. Very responsive over whatsapp. They can store your luggage at check out and you can continue using amenities and shower, which was great!

We realy liked the property, it was located in a very covenient place, easy to reach every major attraction in Apulia. Room was very clean. The managers also set up a grill for us. The common area and the pool - very nice and well kept

The grounds are amazing so well kept with beautiful lighting at night! Lovely big rooms with plenty of storage space and your own kitchen. The staff are very attentive and quick to respond if you need something…otherwise very discreet and leave you enjoy the grounds and pool!

“A beautiful stay, in beautiful surroundings in beautiful Puglia.”
The attention to detail, everything was very tasteful, good quality & thought through, to ensure as a guest we had a lovely restful stay. The owners were on-hand to answer any questions, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. No rules about when you can use the pool, the gym was well equipped. Amazing location for everything including local transport if you do not have a car. I would highly recommend staying.

Well finished modern superior room with well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and bedroom. Plenty of storage in both living room and bedroom. Large modern bathroom with large shower/wetroom. Location literally 2 mins from old town with good range of restaurants, cafe's etc and supermarket (for basics). Good pool area with large gardens and plenty of different seating areas.

“A historic monument with a lavish garden”
Lovely site to base your Pugliese adventure in, either you choose to visit around or spend some time in the sun. We enjoyed the amazing garden which was enormous! Great for kids to play in. Lovely owners, great communication and good value for money. A 1913 castle that serves as home for the owners is placed in the middle of the property, surrounded by the lavish garden, and by low, minimalist pavilions that compliment the centerpiece. The pavilions are where the rooms are located. The property was revamped during the pandemic so the interiors are modern and everything is pretty new. You have all the amenities you could think of - kitchen in the room, gym, SPA, pool, barbeque area etc.

“Price/value off balance”
The location was super. Two minutes walking to the center of the town and directly in front of the bus stop, from where the bus brings you in 10 minutes to Polignano a Mare (which has nice spots for laying down at the beach). The garden and pool look nice, as well as the villa. There is one road where you can park for free if, during the week we could always find a parking spot. The facilities were good. A well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool, beds, fitness machines and washing machines. Although communication happens mainly via WhatsApp, we got a swift reply on our questions.

When you enter you”ll be amazed by the green lush garden. If feels like you’re stepping into a film set. The house and all the amenities are very comfortable: clean, modern and designed with eye for detail. A great stay close to Polignano di Mare, Bari and Monopoli.

Very confortable and beautiful villa. We stayed there 3 nights. Highly recomand. You can find everything you need: wash mashine and dryer, dishwasher, swiming pool towel etc, grill zona, etc....As villa located in the center of Conversano all restaurants very near. Aso there are shops you can buy fresf food and prepare in your apartament. You can park your car for free, or if you want to park in front of villa gates it cost only 3 eur per day.

“Peaceful and beautiful place”
Great location for wandering across the road to restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to two supermarkets. The apt was very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. It was clean and comfortable and very tastefully decorated and towels privided for pool which was great. Lovely and private to sit outside and have a wine at night too. The grounds are just beautiful and so calming, the owners are very discreet and friendly, just a beautiful place to spend time.
