Villa Magnolia was absolutely perfect! Our room had everything we needed and was lovely and clean and comfortable. The pool area was really beautiful with lovely gardens and super comfy loungers. Federica and her family was so generous and kind, it really was such a special place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Host was so nice welcoming and made us feel so relaxed and really well catered for. The pool area was tranquil and so clean. This is a perfect base with a car to explore Polignano a mare and surrounding areas. Thank you Frederica and family, great memories made.

“Most fantastic stay.”
Everything was so perfect. Room was so clean and spacious,with the most comfortable bed. Hot steam room was cherry on top especially with pool so close. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had comfort. Location is 5 min from shops bars and 10 min to old town. Its definitely the best Villa we had stayed.

“Perfect stay in the middle of Puglia! Culture, night life and beach life style all within 30 minutes”
Everything was spotless! We travelled as a family of four. Federica was so flexible and kind during our late check out, since our flight was delayed for more than an hour! We fina,ly arrived way past 23:00 hs.... We had the two bedroom apartment for us and we felt like we had our own home in the middle of Puglia!! The property is a five minutes stroll away from Conversano historic center (many options for a nice evening) and only 10-15 minutes away (on a straight road) to Polignano a Mare. Plus!!! 30 minutes away from some nice sandy beaches in Monopoli. The property features high standard furniture and decoration. The flat is really well equipped with more than you would expect a home away from home to have! We loved the place! Federica and her father are excellent hosts and we felt very welcomed! When we needed them, they were very responsive via whatsapp! Perfect! Great to have stayed in Villa Magnolia for a whole week! we will definitely go back and would recommend to everyone!

“Perfect relaxation property, just close enough to the city centre”
What a magnificent property, it was so good, we didn’t want to leave it at all. In fact one day we stayed onsite all day. The pool is epic, great sun chairs, and a steam room! There was parking onsite which in the area is kind of scarce, room was huge and a great coffee machine, which is essential when you are staying away from the city centre a bit. The host was helpful and available when needed by text. A 5 minute walk to town centre. Make sure take up the lunch and dinner recommendations, they were spot on.

Had the most wonderful stay at Relais Villa Magnolia. It's a lovely hotel, very clean and really good location. The owners, Federica and her Dad couldn't do any more for us, provided great recommendations and even drove us to a wedding instead of us getting a taxi. They both were the ultimate hosts. Would definitely recommend.

“Amazing house, pool and host in a beautiful city !!”
The house was beyond our expectations and the hospitality of Frederica too ! The room was beautiful, confortable and well furnished. The pool is beautiful, the garden too. Frederica is so nice, available and she would do anything to better your holidays ! She shared many good adresses and even bring us to a club to dance saturday night ! Also, Converano is a beautiful city with many very good restaurants. It was really a beautiful stay at Villa magnolia.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in a quiet location just 10 min far away from Pugliano a Mare. Relais Villa Magnolia is a well maintained property with nice pool area that comes with two amazing hosts. Federica and Giuseppe really represent Italian hospitality at top level and it will be nice to find more hosts like them in our future holidays. You can book with confidence and if you stay there also visit Conversano as it will be surprised to find an very authentic city and untouched by tourist traps like most of the popular destionations.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We had the pleasure of spending a day poolside in the glorious sunshine. The room was comfortable and included the basic amenities (coffee, kettle, fridge, kitchenette) which made our stay even more enjoyable.

“Best place to stay in Conversano area”
Villa Magnolia is a beautiful villa in the middle of Conversano. A wonderful old town filled with art, lovely restaurants and a ofc the amazing ‘castello’. I can highly recommend Villa Magnolia to everyone who wants to visit and have the best of Puglia but also appreciates a tranquil place to relax. You can easily walk to all the nice cafe’s and restaurants from the villa and Frederica does everything to make sure you have the best stay! I hope to come back soon ☺️
