Located 2.5 km from Conversano, Agriturismo Montepaolo is a 16th-century stone house with a Puglia restaurant, surrounded by palm-filled gardens. Very nice former stone farmhouse surrounded with olive tree houses. It’s about 50 minutes drive from Bari.

“Horrible. Don’t stay there.”
Breakfast was reasonably but items ran out quickly if you weren’t down early. Very slow service.

“A haven to relax after a long trip”
the property was excellent, a haven to relax but if you were looking for things to do locally you needed a car. Transport was very expensive and the staff did not assist us we had to do it ourselves. They should have some type of shuttle to Conversano at least which is the closest town. Uber or transport was very expensive for the short distance travelled. If you are looking for somewhere to hide away and relax this is the spot!

“An amazing staff!”
I can't say enough about the wonderful staff here. It is so rare to find so many lovely people working in the same place, but truly everyone I encountered was full of smiles and eager to attend to their guests. I felt immediately at home - a truly remarkable team. Add in lounging in sun bed by their beautiful pool, the garden in the back harvested daily for use in their kitchen, and the lovely breakfast with homemade cakes from their chef, and you're in for a wonderful stay. My only regrets are that I'd had too big of a late lunch before arrival to dine their for dinner and that I only stayed for one night. Can't wait to return.

We stayed in the room Torreta, which is really beautiful and as is not in the main building, it was quiet. The bathroom is gorgeous and big. There is a big swmming pool and parking. The main building is beautiful and also the restaurant. Anna was really nice and helped us in any demands we had.

“Pleased we stayed there, and apart from the closure of the pool area for 2 days, it was an OK place”
Our room was (I think ) an old store building, converted to a bedroom with en'suite & access to the roof. Also a private terrace. But nicely done. Breakfast was excellent, but a distance from our room.

The hotel is located in the middle of olive and almond plantations. It’s very quite and the property large and it’s overall something special. The breakfast was, especially for Italian standards, very good. Also the regional dinner was quite nice.
