“Romantic & relaxed stay - authentic Puglia experience”

It was all around so amazing and private, relaxed athmosphere. Food amazing: breakfast was out of this world. Area was beautiful. Room and bed was cozy! The staff and owners were incredible.

Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was super and thanks for providing fresh strawberries for our toddler. We will definetly be back.

Thank you Masseria Fanizzi for a week we will always cherish in our memories. This is hospitality with a big heart; the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and authentic. Our room was really spacious, spotlessly clean and so comfortable, we were able to fully relax from the moment we arrived. We loved watching the sunset from our garden and visits from the animals. Things that the hosts appear to do with ease and simplicity are next level, the quality of the food, for example, is outstanding. The breakfast delivered with much generosity, and I’d also really recommend booking dinner too. The pool area, surrounding ancient olive groves, the feeling of being totally looked after and restored, as well as the comfort of the rooms- it felt to us that our experience was the priority. We came away feeling very well looked after. It’s a privilege to stay somewhere as special as Masseria Fanizzi, and we felt lucky to share this haven of peace for 7 days. Thank you.

Very nice Masseria just outside of Conversano. Lovely couple running the place. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and freshly baked pastries. We had dinner twice and it was delicious.

The Masseria was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinners were excellent. The location made it easy to do day trips to Matera, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello.

Amazing place, beautifully renovated, in the middle of olive & fig tree groove. Quiet and cozy, perfect for dolce far niente or as a base for sightseeing since it’s located in the middle of Puglia. Very tasty & reasonably priced food with menu changing every day. Hospitality at it’s best. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic!”

It was a wonderful place next to a vineyard were we could find peace and quite. The swimming pool was fantastic. The breakfast was all you can wish for. It was also possible to have dinner and the menu changed every night. So we tried it a few times and it was delicious. We can recommend Masseria Fanizzi to everyone!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was basic but a nice addition. The breakfast was also great. Although the property was situated away from the centre, it had a very peaceful and calm atmosphere.

The overall facilities, the kindness of the staff, the great breakfasts and dinners and the convenient location that gives you access to the most important points in the area relatively quickly.

Lovely property with spotless swimming pool. This is a great location for a few days doing nothing or visiting the coast which is only 20 minutes away. Polignano a mare and Monopoli are only a short drive. But don't forget to walk into Conversano itself, its a beautiful town and well worth a visit. If you drive and park, remember white box free parking, blue box pay parking, yellow disabled, and just remember double check signs as they have various charging times and free times! Also well worth a night in the apartment restaurant for a taste of authentic home cooking.

Loved our stay! The hosts are so welcoming and kind, and did everything to make my toddlers stay amazing. Breakfast was gorgeous - best banana bread ever 😄 rooms are comfy, and the property is so relaxed. You can dine outside in the evenings, and the pool is always quiet - overlooking the amazing landscape. Some lovely animals on the property that our son loved watching. The sunsets are like we have never seen here ☀️ the property is rural, but with good links to some lovely towns. Thanks so much for an amazing time 😄
