Relaxing stay with a friendly staff making everything possible to make you feel at home. It is quiet, pretty close to the the best beach on the island and even closer from the 2 bests restaurants around. Thumbs up to Nicola for her kindness and her tips on the Island

“The place to stay on Contador!”

I liked everything. The place was charming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely. Most of all, Nicola was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us to rent a golf cart and arrange for a snorkeling trip as well as telling us many things about the island. She went well above the usual level of customer service.

“Wonderful, comfortable boutique bed and breakfast”

The location was great, not far from the beaches, ferry and a wonderful restaurant, Angelina's. 😊 The room was nice and bed, super comfortable. The back patio was a lovely spot to enjoy the shade in the afternoon. Excellent breakfast served with fresh fruit, coffee and juice! Our hosts Allen and Nicola really went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Oh! And early check in and late check out to boot! They even picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. 😊

“Treasure on Isla Contadora”

Had a fantastic stay at Hibiscus House. Nicola is a consummate hostess and a wealth of information on what to do and see on the island. The location of the house is ideal - within walking distance to two superb beaches on either side of the island. The house itself is very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast was equally ample and delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.

“Great place to stay”

It was the second time we stayed at the b&b and we loved it. The owners were so lovely and helpful, we loved chatting to them over a coffee! Peter picked us up and organised a golf buggy. The breakfast was fresh and lovely! And the best coffee on the island! We will definitely stay again!

Great hosts, very welcoming and flexible, they accommodated all our requests. The house is nice and homey, in particular the terrasse. We appreciated the water machine. Definitely good value for money.

We enjoyed the hospitality the most, as well as the seating on the balcony (especially at the back with a view of the rainforest), the breakfast and the good care of Nicola and Allen. It is nice that the entire island can be explored on foot from Hibiscushouse.

“Perfect stay in Contadora”

Nicola was really nice before, during and after the stay. She recommended us a good Place to eat, a wonderful tour guide (Coral Dreams) to see the whales, and was always available to support.

“No frills, great breakfast, good value”

Nicola was the best host and made sure we were comfortable at all times. She was very responsive with any questions or issues we had while on the island. We rented a golf cart for the weekend which was perfect to get around. The breakfast was really good and fresh! The location is very central to all of the locations on the island and there are great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely come here again.

Hibiscus house was a great place to stay on the island. The room was great and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning was good. We had a TV and access to Netflix and other programs. The breakfast was great. Both Nicola and Allen were great hosts. When we asked about anything, they were very helpful in answering our questions. They picked us up from the ferry and took us back to the ferry. Our room was cleaned everyday.

Nicola is the nicest host. She really went out of her way to make sure that my stay at Contadora Island was great ! And it was thanks to her. Amazing restaurant recommandations. Her staff is also very nice. Would totally recommand ! The room was also very comfortable and clean and the breakfast very tasty and generous.

Location was peaceful and the pick up from the ferry really helpful. The team were also great with helpful recommendations and contacts to organise golf buggy for hire etc.

Little paradise...The location was great close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The room was clean, good size with a bonus patio to relax on and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast served in the morning was also great and tasty. Allan and Karyn's hospitality and kidness made me feel at home. Thank you very much for all your help, information and advise i had a great holiday and hope to come back soon.
