I had a great stay here. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The food was really good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect, the apartment is big and I loved the patio! The staff was responsive and we never had to wait long to get an answer. Paul, in particular, was extremely helpful and a lovely person to deal with.

Daniel was very nice, he did everything that make us feel comfortable. The location of the Hotel is very good, you can walk to several beaches in a few minutes.

The service was Amazing. The room and premises where clean. Daniel and Alina took really good care of us. The breakfast was delicious, the house is located fairly close to playa ejecutiva and couple restaurants. They have golf carts for rent which makes moving around so much easier.

The lady that received me was very kind and helpful. The room had an equipped kitchen that could be useful if the guest knew in advance to bring food.

The only good impression was left by Paul - the hotel manager. He was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately at the time we stayed there the hotel was in the middle of a sale process which apparently can explain the indifference of former or the new owners to the current matters. However it skips my understanding why during our five-day stay there wasn’t a single room-cleaning, no one took our garbage out even once, toilet paper was not restocked, most of the light bulbs were out, there were zero toiletries provided (not even the soap at the time of COVID!!!) the table and chairs on the patio belonging to the room we paid extra for were covered with dirt, the towels and sheets looked and felt like floor rugs.

Paul was waiting to collect us from the ferry and helped with our bags. He is an absolute gem and organised a golf cart for us to get around the island. Gave us all the information we could need, and recommended where to eat, etc. Organised David to go whale watching and snorkeling with. Was amazing to see a mother whale and her calf and another group of about 3 whales. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with hot and cold water in the shower. Towels are provided, bring your own beach towels and toiletries. The aircon and fan work well. There is a bar fridge stocked with water, beers, wine and sodas in the room. An outside patio with table and chairs and umbrella. A good breakfast of juice, coffee, milk, pancakes, syrup, banana, omlette and sausage. We stayed for 2 nights to explore the island. Paul made our stay exceptional.

The best and the most important added value of our stay, is our host Paul, who is such an incredible human being. Paul gives to this place special and exptional value. Warm, helpful, easygoing, kind - we just enjoyed our stay. Paul, thank you for all. ❤️
