Lovely place to stay on the journey from the south to the north of Spain. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

“1 night stay to see the magnificent windmills! Dog friendly, parking nearby!”

Lovely old hotel in the centre of Consuegra with a flat walk into the town with some shops, bars and restaurants, about 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, when we were there some restaurants close by were closed so the choice was limited. Access to the hotel, once we found it, was by ringing a bell for the door to be opened and reception to be available. The room was a twin with a small lounge area but was perfectly ok for 1 night. With good air-con! Parking was away from the hotel, a short walk, but we were able to unpack luggage outside. A key fob was given to open the garage. Dog friendly. The hotel has a small internal courtyard, but no bar! Drinks could be ordered from the lady on reception which then closed about 9.00pm ish. Not sure if the hotel was then left without staff? Although there were notices with telephone numbers. The windmills, which was our purpose to visit Consuegra were magnificent and should not be missed.

Very authentic with lovely courtyard

Excellent location close to restaurants and bars. Accommodation was clean with excellent AC and wash facilities. Buffet breakfast was tasty and on arrival reception was happy to recommend and make reservations on our behalf for local restaurant.

“A lovely well established, good value hotel in a perfect location to visit the windmills”

This a well established small hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting the Windmills, although they are best reached by car. It's built with rooms around an inner and an outer courtyard, where there is also a splash pool. We had a large room on the first floor of the outer courtyard and it was excellent. Very big, modern with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very good. We found the staff excellent with the receptionist being very helpful sorting out our queries. There is a small secure car park area very close to the hotel which was excellent value at Euro 6 per night. Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide range of cold options available.

A great place for an overnight stop. There’s plenty to do here, walk up to the windmills or down the riverside walkway with all the restaurants.

The place is charmful. Good breakfast. The garden and pool are excelent to escape from the hot. Little things gathered by the owners are very interesting and make this place do special.

“Fantastic hotel.”

Location is ideal. In the centre of town with on-street parking within a few minutes. You may have to walk for 5 minutes from parking. Hotel is built around a courtyard with quirky room. Very clean and quality furnishings. Comfortable beds and powerful showers with soft towels. Courtyard with a small pool and a reading room. Gema, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, a great person to have as a welcome to guests. A true gem of a hotel.

Parking was not available on site (all spaces already taken) and no street parking was available nearby.

“Slightly Frustrated”

The location was great, a short walk up to the windmills & a very short stroll into town. The hotel itself is extremely charming, with beautiful old furniture throughout, making it a little quirky. The bed in our room was huge & very comfortable. The shower room was contemporary, with a rainfall head & lovely fittings. We didn't really use the ante-room, although the extra space was very helpful. Breakfast was splendid, with a decently wide buffet including excellent tortilla.

Charming hotel. Good location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Warm welcome. Dog-friendly, treats for the dog were nice extra. The friendly receptionist even booked us a table at the nice pet-friendly restaurant. (There are not many restaurants or bars open on Mondays)
