Fantastic return trip to Los Pozos de la Nieve with my son. Our apartment was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed for an ultra comfortable 5 day stay. We used the stunning pool every day, cooked our own meals during the summer high season when neighbouring restaurants are only open sporadically, and we enjoyed every minute. The owners Dirk and Dominique were incredibly accommodating, as well as their wonderful staff member Eva. I love the feeling of being left alone to enjoy our stay at our own pace. Fantastic amenities in the room and kitchen, meant we were never missing anything to support our self-sufficient stay. Beautiful morning walks in the stunning surrounding countryside, as well as the building’s iconic history as an ice factory from the Napoleónic times, were the added extras that made this such a special stay. We will be back!

Everything was perfect really, from the front door to the pool, And especially the hosts who were so friendly and happy to share their story and the history of the building. The apartment was just gorgeous too, with everything you could need for a longer stay - alas we only had one night - wish it had been more!

“Huge apartment in a historic building close to town.”

Huge apartment in a beautiful valley. 5 minutes from Constantina, so great for shops and restaurants. Lovely pool area where we spent most evenings because it was hot. Good kitchens and the two ensuites meant there was never an issue for bathrooms.

Unbelievably amazing unique place, huge accommodation with plenty of communal spaces if wanted too. Would be a relief from heat of summer as cool building, but warm in winter too as fires and heating. Could be a great place for groups who want separate apartments but places to hang out together as well. It really was beyond our expectations, and the hosts are lovely and helpful. Useful to have a car if want to visit surrounding countryside but can walk to Constantina in 25 mins which is a really nice town with lots of cafes. (The railway station is not near town though so be aware). Cannot praise the place enough!

Set in a beautiful building with easy access to the national park. I'm sure the pool in summer is great. Could be cold in February but we made use of the log fire.

Beautiful historic building winning a national prize for it’s exceptional restoration. Kitchen had all you needed (pepper, salt, oil, some spices, coffee) Common areas lovely. Pool was stunning in such a natural environment. Swimming was refreshing! We had a car and drove to San Nicholas for walks in the national park but you can walk to constantina in 20-30mins for restaurants/cafes.

“Amazing place with some great history!”

The building is beautiful but it's also incredibly interesting. We never seen anything like it - two massive wholes totally hidden inside this historic building! We read about the history of the place and really appriciate that the owners bought it and renovated so beautifully, so that people like us can visit and even spend a night there. The pool was fabulous, views amazing, apartment super comfortable. We also really enjoyed the kitchen, which we used every night to cook a dinner and eat on the tarase. I really appriciated that some coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil etc was provided - it's the little things like it that can really make a difference. To sum up, it was an amazing experience to stay in los pozos!

Fabulous finca in the heart of the Sierra.. magical building that got reconstructed by the owners but kept its character and beauty.. unique place and experience . Interesting history of the place that you may breathe in while enjoying picturesque views
