Beautiful bed and breakfast set in a beautiful French village with amazing views. Jack and Chez were perfect hosts and could not do enough for you. The room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable Again amazing view of the river and village from the bedroom. Easy parking in the Queyside right in front of the bed and breakfast. They also own the little coffee shop which serves food , drinks and ice cream. Breakfast was also delicious. There is a beautiful outside sitting area at the rear of the property! Which guests can use to admire the amazing views. If we are ever in the area again, we shall definitely be staying here

The owners are both lovely and so kind and helpful. We were running late getting there and they kindly waited up for us to arrive an hour past closing. Glad to find a comfy bed and nice room with a great view out across the river. Shower and facilities all worked great. Confolon and its community is lovely, had a great time visiting there. Highly recommended.

Can hardly find the words to describe location , service and proactive hosts , it was beyond amazing 😍 ; beautiful rooms with a perfect mix of rustic authentic setting , comfortable , warm and super-accommodating , i slept like a baby ; the hosts even tidied my clothes after i left for the day and the breakfast-spread was wonderful and plenty. Warm and hearty welcome , nice conversation , plenty tips for to-do's in the area and super suggestions in my case for looking for wonderful properties to acquire in this beautiful area ; Confolens is absolutely one of the nicest towns in this region. The hosts truly found their calling here , we will definitely be back for our next scouting ;)

Firstly the place is such an excellent location you can walk into Confolens in 2 mins. Lovely location and superb facility. The owners go over the top to help and advise and make you feel at home. So much so I bought a house locally! What a fabulous experience thank you so much. Your place ia stunning the quality of the decor and furnishings were outstanding. Such lovely taste! I ended up staying an extra night.

Tastefully decorated and very spacious room which had everything we wanted . . The bed was very large and extremely comfortable . Chez Jack is in an excellent location within Confolens. Breakfasts were excellent , really good choice and everything fresh . The hosts were lovely, couldn’t do enough for us . Would definitely return to Chez Jack .

What a wonderful find in Confolens, gorgeous huge room with balcony looking over the river! Nespresso coffee machine! The most comfy huge bed, beautiful linen. Fantastic breakfast Wonderful friendly hosts! Amazing river view

Great location and excellent host. Parking is directly outside the hotel. The decor was in fitting with the period property. Only stayed one night wished it had been longer as passing through, would highly recommend!!!

I had the balcony room and it was exquisite. Huge, well appointed, very comfy bed, lovely view from balcony.
