Great clean rooms with AC, comfortable beds, great location. Fantastic warm and passionate people running the place. They are ready to help you with anything (laundry, bike rental etc.). I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Con Dao.

Balcony was great. Right in the middle of town but we didn't notice too much noise. Lots of restaurants close by and the beer store is right next door. Very clean.

I had a very nice room with balcony, brilliant new ac unit and lovely shower - reasonable scooter hire, friendly staff and good location 400 m from sea front cracking value for money

“Stunning views”
Make sure you get a balcony room, preferably on the 4th floor, because the view from there is stunning. The location is fabulous, only 100 metres from the beachfront so it's easy to pop down to enjoy the sunrise with all the locals who are exercising, meditating, or swimming. It's also close to restaurants, cafes, the supermarket and the local market. The room itself is spacious and light, with delicious sea breezes. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and they do great laundry.

A spotless place where one leaves the shoes at the entrance of the hotel. Nice sea view. The recommended a nice place to eat.

“overall is a good and comfortable hotel to stay”
room exactly same as photo show.. it very clean. guest need put their shoe at the main entrance. it give the room floor with clean feeling. lacation is so comfortable. just beside the round about big clock, you won't miss the hotel. 300m walk to the beach where took the island trip. beside the hotel is the mart.. clinic and coffee lounge.
