The lady is lovely. Couldn't speak English but she communicated with Google translate and gestures amazingly. She was very welcoming, helpful and let us check in early.

“Centrally located homestay”
This homestay is centrally located across from the market with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is nicely designed and AC, fan and wifi worked well. The owners organised airport shuttle and a boat tour for me and recommended a bicycle rental place. When the battery of the motorbike ran out, they picked me up immediately. The waterfountain had both cold and hot water, so I could fill up my bottle and make my tea.

the staff was extremely nice and helpful, organizing everything perfectly. the bed was comfortable, AC worked fine and the location was optimal to visit sites of interest and restaurants. definitely a good value for the money.
