“Excellent stay”

The room was large, clean, with excellent views. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. The hostess was very patient with my lack of Spanish. And I had a hot shower! I would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely warm welcome from Señora Francesca. I wasn't feeling so well on arrival due to the altitude and the punishing walk from the boat, up the steps and to the guest house! She went off an made me some tea to help, which was very kind. The room was lovely and spacious with fantastic views of the lake. The bed was big with high quality bedding and the result was a super comfy sleep. Señora, I am sorry I didn't get to say goodbye and thank you. I tried to find you as I left but you may have been at church. Thanks for your hospitality and for making my stay so comfortable, it was lovely to meet you.

“A little piece of heaven”

A guesthouse in a beautiful location with rooms overlooking Lake Titicaca. Francesca was a perfect host, so kind. Lovely breakfast. Comfy beds and very glad for the heater on the cold nights and mornings. Super clean.

“Fantastic 3 days and nights”

This was a great little property. The rooms were very large and modern. The bathroom was large modern and very clean. The room had a heater and the beds had plenty of blankets. The service from the owner was fantastic. And she gave us delicious breakfasts. The hotel is located near the top of the Inca stairs and provides excellent views out over Lake titicaca. It is close to the hiking trails and the main restaurants in the town. Super value at this little hotel.

“Incredible views over a magical island and lake with a kind and hospitable host”

The location is perfect - it is up in Pueblo Yumuni and therefore has amazing views (we could watch the sunrise from our terrace!) and is close (10min walk further uphill) to the restaurants and bars in the town. There is a big uphill climb to get to the hotel from Puerto Yumuni where the boat drops you off … this is completely worth it compared to staying in a hotel in the port but please, don’t make the mistake we did and bring large or heavy bags! Bring a small backpack and store your big luggage in Copacabana. The room is spacious and comfortable and the owner Angel was especially kind and hospitable to us. Every morning he cooked a simple but delicious breakfast for us of eggs, bread, jam and fruits with coffee and always helped answer our questions about the island with patience and knowledge - he was a lovely calming energy every morning (the whole island feels like this!). Recommend staying at least two nights on this magical island if you have the time … on our second day we took a boat from the port up to Challapampa in the north and hiked to the Incan ruins and then back to Yumuni via the camino Norte - Sur, it’s a challenging (altitude!) but rewarding hike. We loved it here

Lovely location with views to the east and windows looking out over the lake. I was welcomed warmly and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The property is obviously quite new, so everything felt very clean and fresh. I would happily stay again :)
