The location is great and the rooms are clean and very nice. The staff was also very helpful with tips for things to do on the island. We liked the breakfast with muesli, cereals, fruits, tea and pancakes. We could also store our luggage after check out for the day.

Amazing view, beds are very comfortable and the staff is very kind. It’s a bit hard to get there but it’s a very good location close to all the restaurants and everything.

Great place. Amazing views of the lake and the mountains in the distance. The night sky was beautfiul too. The workers are very nice. The hotel is about 5-10 minute walk from the restaurants in the town. The walk up to the hotel is crazy, so please leave the rest of your baggage on the main land!! It's a struggle for sure.

the view from this hotel is fantastic, you can enjoy the lake from your room windows. the breakfast was quite good as well. the walk up the hill was okay ish, around 15mins if you are used to the altitude.

Gladys is a lovely host, the house and views are spectacular. It is a long way up the hill, but worth the climb. The breakfast was superb, well done Jose for the pancakes 🥞.

“Gorgeous Place”

The rooms are decorated beautifully and the view from the window is outstanding. Beds are very comfy and warm. There's breakfast included and Jose is very helpful in anything that you need. There's also a lovely yoga area but if you ask nicely, you can take the mats outside and do yoga with a great view.

The room was very comfy, rustic and nicely decorated! It is cold, but that is normal in this period. Really enjoyed the hot water shower too! Breakfast was nice but would have liked something salty too, maybe salty pancake ☺️ the views are the best!

Great breakfast

The owners were so, so lovely. We hiked to the North of the Island and back and they were so helpful with suggestions and advice. Breakfast was lovely, pancakes were divine!! Sunrise from the front garden was something I'll never forget. Please get up early to watch it, you won't regret it. We ate at Pachamama restaurant which had perfect view of the sunset. Wish I'd have stayed one week not one night. Highly recommend this hotel.
