“Great ambiance, lovely location & good facilities.”

Everything. Fabulous location on the hills overlooking the valley among olive groves with small pretty garden with flowers to sit-out, an old historic building completely modernised with nice living area, large well equipped kitchen and breakfast room, bedroom with big double bed and a small adjoining mezzanine area for two seperate extra beds. Simone, the host is incredibly helpful, informative and knowledgable. He provides everything for a good Continental Breakfast and you can easily buy eggs, bacon or pizzas and bread at small supermarkets in the villages in the area 15 minutes drive away. There are also several nice restaurants in the area.

Lovely stay! Located on a hill - best to go there by a car. We got everything we needed, even some good recommendations. The host is very nice. Near you can buy a good quality wine and olive oil. The highlight was the dogs!! So friendly and chill. Definitely would love to visit again in the summer.

Comfort, style, location

Our stay in Compiobbi was absolutely wonderful! The place is surrounded by nature and offers complete peace and relaxation – perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. The two large, very friendly dogs and the two adorable cats immediately won our hearts and made us feel right at home. We would especially like to thank and praise Simone for his exceptional kindness and warm hospitality. He was always available, ready to help, and offered great advice about the area. The location is excellent – it takes only 15 minutes by train to reach the center of Florence, which makes traveling very easy and convenient. However, we definitely recommend having a car, as it’s almost essential for reaching the property and exploring the beautiful surroundings. In short, it’s a perfect place to relax in nature, with lovely animals and a wonderful host!

“Nice Villa near Firenze”

A very nice apartment in a villa near Firenze (15 minutes by car), equipped with everything necessary. You can park the car in the courtyard. Very nice host which lives next door in the same building. If you dont have a car, the villa is on a hill and it can be tricky to get around. All in all, a nice stay.

Amazing location, super nice, spacious and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need and much more. Beautiful design, elegant style everywhere, very comfortable beds and an extremely caring and attentive landlord, who made us feel like at home. There is a lot of space for relaxation outside, a beautiful garden and 2 cute puppies. The photos do not convey the reality - everything is much, much nicer and better. In one word - paradise on earth 😊. We will definitely come back.

“Best place in Italy”

Honestly, I don't even know where to start because the apartment exceeded all our expectations. A beautiful house with a view of Tuscany. The owners were extremely kind and proactive, their help surpassed our expectations. Everything was in place, literally everything. We haven't rested so well in a long time. We have visited several places in Italy, but we will definitely return here. And additionally, our stay was made even more pleasant by the wonderful dogs and cats.

The house, the garden, the location, everything was so perfect. Simone is such a great host! The two big dogs are so kind.Highly recommended !

This beautifully renovated spacious villa is high up among olive orchards looking down to the Arno and twinkling lights - a fairly spectacular view. It is a lovely quiet country retreat with an extensive garden and yet is very close to Florence - can be reached by train and on foot but best to have a car as it’s a steep climb! Well worth it of course! The villa has everything you need and the hosts Simone and Rossella are so helpful and generous. Two out of three of us were sick and Simone went beyond the call of duty to help. We loved our stay there!
