Location was suited to my purpose in a quiet residential area of Compiègne, a small town with short distances. The host warns about reduced manoeuvering space to reach the parking space, but this is overstated: some confidence, rather than skill, is just required upon exiting down the ramp. Note - Breakfast: not applicable.
