“Beautiful house, garden, views within walking distance ofCompeta centre”
Beautiful villa in a lovely setting. We appreciated the style of the house and enjoyed the garden - especially the birdlife and the spectacular views and sunsets. Of course, the price of the views is a walk uphill from the village but then, it’s Cómpeta! We are walkers and used to hills so it wasn’t a problem for us and the walk wasn’t very long. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Despite the cold weather we managed to stay warm using the very efficient wood-burning stove. The owners were very pro-active and friendly, as was Carl , their local property manager. We were really made to feel welcome. The owners were very understanding about a small mishap we had. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - we hope to return!

An incredible place to spend a week, views are amazing, house and gardens are very very nice and a short walk into the village for bars and restaurants. Perfect.

Lovely location, secluded yet reasonably close to facilities and to beautiful walks. Interesting garden with some nice wild flowers, including some orchids, as the owners had not had the grounds strimmed the grounds too early. The house is well equipped and has all you need for home cooking as well as being well-placed for local restaurants.

Beautiful setting, nice comfortable villa with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved eating outside, and using the lovely pool. Very peaceful location but straightforward to walk into the village whenever needed, for shopping, eating & drinking etc.Thanks guys!
