“Highly recommended”
Very nice apartment attached to a chateau set in extensive grounds which can be explored. Madite is a lovely lady and very helpful. It is ideally situated for visiting World War 2 sights. Can't think of one negative.

“A lovely stay at Les Escuries”
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Les Escuries! The hosts warmly welcomed us and were very hospitable during our five days here. The apartment is spacious and have everything we needed. We also enjoyed our time in the lovely garden and taking walks in the surroundings.

“Second time at Les Escuries - again a wonderful holiday.”
This was our second time at Les Escuries. The house, the garden with the horses and - of course - the hosts once again made us a wonderful holiday. We had also some nice experiences, very close to Les Escuries (Alpaga Normandie in Maisons, Ice of Haizerie in Vaux-sur-Aure - best icecream we had in France).

The apartment is comfortable & well equipped. It’s very peaceful with lovely gardens. The location is excellent for visiting the Normandy coast and area around Bayeux. Michel & Madite were helpful & friendly.

“Perfect Accomondation”
The accommodation was perfect for us as a family with 2 children (2 and 5 years). The apartment is very nicely furnished, clean and big enough. The hosts are always approachable and always friendly. The chateau was beautiful with a great garden and horses. The location between Port-en-Bessin and Bayeux was the perfect starting point for many excursions, e.g. to Mont-Saint-Michel, to Honfleur or to the Chateau de Ouézy (our children loved it). We hope we can come back in 2023.
