We have no words to describe how incredibly kind and helpful Marco was to us. The place was clean and breakfast was excellent, especially coffee. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will come again if we have chance.

“Great service lovely people”

“**Exceptional Experience!**”
Staying at this authentic Palazzo was an absolute delight. It has been beautifully restored to preserve its original charm while offering all the modern comforts. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was fantastic, and our host, Mr. Marco, was extraordinarily attentive and hospitable. If I could, I would give it 6 stars! P.S.: This is the only booking I've made in years that truly felt like home—a genuine home!

“Pleasant return to Palazzo Melfi”

“A palazzo experience”
We had a suite, named "The Patriot", featuring exquisite ceiling decorations. The feel of a real palazzo was sublime, including quite a few original pieces of furniture. I liked the vintage photos of the Melfi family who, we'd been told, still own the building. From the sunroof patio you can enjoy a view on the central square. We were well taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was delicious.

“Our expectations were exceeded”
Hotel is perfectly located - on the central square of the city. All interesting places and restaurants are very close. To arrive to the charming beaches close to Ragusa takes max 30 min. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast represent nice mix of Italian and European style - with high level of services.

The location was perfect! Right in the city centre near all the main bars and restaurants! The terrace we had access to, gave us a great view of the entire city, which was amazing. The breakfast was very good too. There was quite a lot to choose from, so everyone could eat something. I would definitely stay there again.
