This apartment is well located in the town, only a 5/10-min walk from the old town. It is by the boat yards so is less touristy. The view is of the estuary, including pretty bays and villages opposite as well as the pulperia and harbour. The balcony is large and very sunny with an awning for shade and plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy. There is a smart TV and decent Wi-Fi. Large patio doors onto the balcony from the lounge and the bedroom, combined with large windows at the rear bedroom, mean it is quite an airy apartment. There are enough utensils/pans in the kitchen for one/two meals, there is a good fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space for products. A kettle, toaster and coffee maker are all provided and some provisions are also here. There is a washing machine with laundry products and clothing airer, and the blinds in all of the bedroom windows provided good blackout. The sofa is comfortable and there was a good dining table. There are two bathrooms with excellent showers, one with a bath, toiletries provided, and plenty of towels and toilet paper. There is an indoor car parking space and the owner lives only 5 minutes away and will help direct you to the car parking space. There is also a lift in the building which is very helpful with luggage. Overall a good place to stay in the town for a couple for a few days.

Highly recommend! This clean, quality, homely property is in a great location only a short walk from the lovely old town area of Combarro and although near a road it is very quite. As it is on the top floor of the building (which has a lift) there is total privacy on the lovely balcony which overlooks the water and marina, has sun all day, and a lovely view of the lights across the water at night. Spacious balcony with 2 sun loungers, 2 relaxing chairs and a table & chairs for dining. The living room and front bedroom (with double bed and en suite with overbath shower) open on to the balcony. Note the second bedroom is to the back and has 2 single beds. Also there is a second bathroom with walk in shower. The comfy living room & kitchen are fully equipped including washing machine and cleaning products. There are also beach towels which was great for the nearby beautiful beaches, those within walking distance of the apartment and those approx 20 mins drive further west (Praia Da Lanzada was our favourite). There is a secure own designated car space in the underground garage and there is also free tourist car park just across the road by the marina. Communication with Miguel was always great, very quick to respond to any questions and he met us for check in. It was such a lovely place to relax in general that we ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to a full week and I would return to this apartment and this area in a heartbeat. Note that the blurb says 'terrace with garden view' but in fact the view is over the garden to the water (as in the pictures) which is much nicer. VERY IMPORTANT If leaving the apartment for the last time and leaving the keys in the apartment for Miguel do not forget that you will need the key to get into the garage downstairs so you will need to make sure that the driver is in the garage or the car has been moved outside before leaving the apartment for the last time (we almost forgot!
