While I can't speak to the summer experience, with the campground buzzing with activity, my winter stay was nothing short of idyllic. The studio's tranquility, combined with the host's hospitality and the studio's amenities, made it an exceptional choice for my stay. It's located just a stone's throw from the serene marshlands of Comacchio and the charming town centre with it's picturesque canals. The host is welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Every morning, I was greeted with fresh buns and he provided a selection of fresh fruit and juice. He was also kind enough to provide an EV charging station for my convenience. The little studio apartment features a hidden kitchenette cleverly tucked away in a cupboard. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, with a great shower.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza le Saline. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect—just a short bike ride to the beach and a great base for exploring nearby cities. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful, providing us with bikes to use during our stay as well as beach loungers and an umbrella at the beach. The breakfast each morning was great as well.

Had a one night stay. It's a lovely place where I would stay longer. Plenty of interesting places nearby.

Quiet but not for from beach /town. Perfect if you travel with dogs.

The stay there was a real pleasure. Owner and staff were always available, gentle and helpful! Clean and cozy room. Perfect location to spend a few relaxing days at the beach.

Owner was very nice with us recommending some places upon our check in. Room and bed very comfortable. Terrace, patio and all the place you can imagine to chill and relax. Great nature surrounding.

“5 wonderful days with salinas, beaches and culture”

Marziano is a super host who is extremely concerned about the well-being of his guests and fulfills every wish before you have even expressed it. First of all we got an upgrade of our room, because in this one the wifi is more stable. The bike lights were provided with new batteries, since we drove also at night with the bikes to the restaurants. The apartment is cleaned every day, provided with fresh towels and even the bed linen was changed after 3 days. The frige is refilled daily with breakfast ingredients, coffee capsules are always sufficient and in the morning, before you are awake, there are fresh croissants and bread on the terrace. We are very grateful for the tips on things to do in the area and on restaurants. Especially impressive is the biking tour through the salinas, where you can watch flamingos and other water birds. The near beaches are lovely. What do you want more? Again: thousand "thank yous" to these wonderful hosts!

“Great place to recharge and do some birdwatching”

Marziano is great and recommended some excellent places and restaurants to visit. Very funny, thoughtful and attentive. A different part of Italy, where you can see flamingoes on the lakes. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and breakfast is provided for you to have at whatever time suits you,! Take advantage of the bicycles also offered free of charge - I hadn't ridden one for years, and it's really flat around the Po Delta! Comacchio and Ravenna are well worth visiting and are easy to get to.

Out in beautiful lagoon country. On walks from the chalet, we saw many birds including flamingos. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Warm croissants in the morning

I loved the personal parking space in front of the appartment! Other than that it is a really nice area and we were offered bikes to drive around. The owner is really accomodating. Breakfast was more or less Italian style but overall fine.

Rarely writing reviews, but every time in Italy amazed by the friendliness of hosts and have to comment. Great experience, had a very pleasant bike ride around Salinas and everything was as expected.
