“Bad deal all the way around.”
I made my reservation , got there to be told that pool, hot tub ,etc not working. . I was on a short one night 2 day stay, the whole point of booking there was so my 16 year old granddaughter and her friend could enjoy the pool and amenities. This was NOT ON YOIR WEBSITE! Apparently corporate doesn't want it to be. I did get a refund ,however I had to spend an extra 60$ (which I feel is owed to be by corporate), appeared to be false advertising to me. I stay in Indianapolis at the Marriott once a year. They do not falsely advertise! I will be in contact. Then I hear it's been like that for a year. Your poor staff ! They feel terrible I'm certain.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location off the expressway. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice. Would stay there again.

Location is very good. Downtown is like 10 to 15 minutes from the hotel. Lot of restaurants and Wallmart close to the Hotel. Staff was great and was very supportive. Had a great time with them. Will for sure recommend you guys to stay in this hotel if you are in Columbus.

“Very disappointed in our stay, glad it was only for one night”
We were told there would be breakfast, it was very small yogurt, not good muffin, coffee and water????? very dissapointed
