“Would stay here again.”
Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to freeways. Rooms are not fancy but functional and clean. Staff is great.

“Stranded far from home with our kids in the car late at night.”
When we arrived at 10pm with our small children asleep in the car, the staff told us they had no rooms available for us, despite us having a confirmed booking. They didn’t offer an explanation, didn’t call us to let us know we needed to find a different accommodation prior to our 10pm arrival for the night, and as a result we were left scrambling to find a safe place for our children to sleep in a city far from home. Again, our booking was confirmed multiple times.
