“Do Not Go Here It’s Terrible”
Nothing!! the place was very dirty. The house keeping sweep out the room dirt into the hallway and no one even vacuumed it up so everyone was just walking over the dirt. I should have left but I was very tired from driving all day. It was terrible.

Wonderful hotel. Clean and modern with lots of facilities including gym, pool table and nice lobby area. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Very pristine.

Location is good if, like us, you are just passing through for the night and want to get to the main attraction - the zoo - the next morning. Own kids corner in the lobby!

I have stayed at this location for the second time during my visit to Columbia SC. On my first visit it was clean had a really high end feeling and appears safe. So I decided to stay on this visit.

This hotel and its staff were exceptional. Breakfast was wonderful and the amenities available in the lobby were incredible. This was our first time staying in a Tru Hotel and it has us thinking we need to look for these places when road tripping in the future.

I loved everything my stay and hotel. I loved they gave me a room on the quiet end for my boyfriend birthday. The staff and facility was amazing. I will definitely be back to stay here again.

“Uncomplicated, modern, clean, comfortable, family friendly. Great value for money.”
It was neat and clean, games for. Little kids, pool table, huge tictactoe, printer to use free, free coffee, nice swings and sofas in living room, v. Good breakfast (only dairy milk choice), uncomplicated, easy. I'd stay again no second thought.

Loud all night. hotel smelled like someone was smoking weed down every hallways all night long. when we called the front desk to complain, the person at front desk laughed it off like it was a joke. trash piled on top of trash cans. Half/smoked blunt in trash cans very visible. stayed there for long period of time. will attach photos we took. Window shade also didn’t work wish was inconvenient for trying to sleep in/go to bed early. Do not recommend.
