“We had a wonderful stay.”

“I was disappointed”
I booked a Whirlpool room and when I got to the hotel I learned that I wasn’t getting that room. Just a simple king room which I didn’t want. Then the first room that’s the desk receptionist gave me was dirty. It was towels everywhere and the e beds were unmade.

“Met and surpassed all expectations.”
We were celebrating our 50th birthdays and the proximity to great food and locations was fantastic. Also having the whirlpool tub in the room added to the whole experience.

Breakfast Very good, nice variety. Front desk, Alston in particular, super helpful, always smiling, warm reception. At our request, they gave us the same room on our return, 2 weeks after first stay.

That’s the worst staff I’ve ever experienced at any Hampton Inn. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, EXCEPT for the very kind and nice staff that works so hard on making sure each room is exceptionally clean for the upcoming guest or the ones staying longer than one night.
