“Thieves”
This hotel are thieves. They took the money from my credit card and Cecelia ( the manager of the hotel ) told me she will refund me within 2 to 3 business days but 12 business days left and she didn't refund me. Be careful with those guys they are thieves

the “non smoke room” i was placed in smelled of cigarette smoke. our ac was broken, stains in the carpets.
