“All as above. I needed that shuttle on arrival. Your system of sending messages to the hotel is not working. I would not”

“Value for money stay”
It was a great value for money stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They changed the linen and towels everyday with full cleaning of the room. Pool and jacuzzi was good and indoor heated.

Breakfast was horrible. Worst I’ve ever had. Couldn’t sleep. My room was close to a main door that made noise all night whenever opened.also room didn’t have a fresh smell and ventilation is not adjustable. Blowing warm air. Room felt stuffy. Too noisy to open the window.

Picked motel because it advertised free airport shuttle service. When we arrived, found out it was limited service and alternate transportation service recommended didn't show next am. Very tense moments, could have missed our flight but got a ride from kind guests who were checking out and saw our plight . They were going to the airport in a rental car and offered to give us a ride. The motel needs to update their website and be candid with the hours of shuttle service operation.
