“Corner room with mountain view”

We stayed here for a few days to go exploring, great location for manitou and garden of the gods,the room we had was spacious the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. Would definitely stay again

Ideal for exploring Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. On the main bus route with a Mexican across the road and lots of other restaurants within walking distance. Fabulous swimming pool and hot tub.

This adorable little motel was the perfect location for us. It was a short drive to all of the things we had planned near Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs. The owners were so friendly and helpful if you needed anything. We enjoyed ending every day sitting in the hot tub, which was under cover, so if it was raining...who cares!! :) It doesn't get much better than relaxing in a hot tub with the beautiful mountains in the background. I miss it already!!

The host was awesome...this is a family business and they treat you that way. I would definitely stay here again...the rooms are just as described. You get exactly what you see and it is a real value. I really appreciated the host flexibility as well when we had to change the total length of stay due to a change in family plans. Like I said, this is a family business that treats you like a valued customer.

Owners went out of their way to make us welcome. Discovering that we were British who preferred tea to coffee they gave us a microwave teapot! Rooms clean, large and we had no problems.
