“Overpriced, low quality.”
Small beds. Bathroom donk blocked. Breakfast, no butter, no coffee, no milk. Hallways dirty. Room not ready by 3pm, but we turned up at 7pm and still no room ready until 8pm!

“The hotel customer service needs improvement.”
We had stayed here last year, enjoyed it, and gave it a favorable review. The Booking.com process was good and we had no issues last year nor with our LaQuinta reservation the night before in Gillette WY.

“Over all the staff was great but my first room the tv didn’t work and the second the bed was crappy.”
The girl at the front desk was super busy but did all she could to accommodate everyone as fast as possible.

The carpets in the entire hotel were nasty, the front desk staff could hardly be bothered to help it was more important to smoke - we had to ask for more towels as our room had 1 at check in for a 2 night stay. The bathroom was also dirty, toothpaste on the counter and dirty floors. We booked a king room which wasn’t available, then the front desk staff wrote a non existent room number on our key card and got mad when we asked for help. Wrote 46 (there is no 46) - the floors are 100,200,etc.

Breakfast was alittle below standard. Microwave is old, variety of food was minimal, for instant coffee, was low to none available. Location was well located.

“We would stay here again.”
The room was in decent repair, and it was clean. It was quiet, even though it is near I-25, and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed Carrabba's Italian restaurant across the street.
