Curtain handle has fallen but not fixed. Maintenance is not good. Breakfast was so crowded because its space is so small and clumsy.

The hotel is nice, but the staff is terrible. They charged me twice for the reservation and refused to refund it. They also charged me for some movies. They say I bought a Marvel Studios subscription, although I don't even know what that is. In short, I would never recommend this hotel with such staff to anyone.

“Expensive and basic”
I was charged twice for one night. I booked but didn’t pay on booking.com…. Then paid at the hotel and then see that they authorised the payment through booking.com too. Luckily I checked. But now having to deal with someone in an office in the other side of the world to fix it which will take weeks. Also, the man on the reception desk was absolutely not up to standard. He took ages to attend to me. Too busy talking with a mate in the bar. Views nothing exceptional. Basic breakfast. Not reflective of the price.
