The breakfast was perfect, with real crockery and metal cutlery (which is increasingly rare in American hotels of this category). The location is easy to find and was an ideal base for visiting the Paint Mines Interpretive Park and the National WWII Aviation Museum. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Parents appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel.

I picked the hotel because of its close location to the airport as I usually have early flights. The breakfast has a good variety so you will be able to find something as a non-meat eater. For example, Oatmeal, fruit, potatoes and baked goods. They also have gluten-free baked goods. My experience has been fine. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I called before making the reservation because I stayed when it was the other company that owned the property and my experience was awful. I was assured it was completely renovated and I was NOT disappointed! Everything was bright and clean, the staff were far more welcoming than before. My room was tucked back away from the elevator, and while I could still hear the outside traffic, it wasn't unbearable. The bed was soft, pillows were good, soft carpet.

Hyatt House has always exceeded all my expectations. In Colorado Springs the staff was attentive and accommodating, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were truly impressive. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colorado Springs.

“Horrible Unwelcome Mistreated”

Nothing we never checked in. As soon as we got there we were out front waiting to get our confirmation number and the front desk clerk was outside smoking a cigarette and said if we didn't have a reservation within 5 minutes we had to leave or else he was going to call the police we asked his name and he refused to give it to us. So we felt mistreated and unwelcomed and we left. We still paid for the room but never even stepped foot in the building

Breakfast was very satisfying, I really like that there was plenty of time and you were able to take your Breakfast back to your room. The room was very clean, loved the ability to have my pet with me and all the staff were so nice and helpful.
