I had a negotiated rate with Priceline that was not honored by the hotel and my stay was cancelled. I have been trying to get a remedy from Nooking.com and keep running into roadblocks.

You don't even know that the hilton cancelled my room because the rate was too low. They wouldn't honor your rate.
