“We were scammed as the highlight of the property was purposely kept non-operational for the duration of our stay!! So an”
Awful as we were scammed : hot tub/ jacuzzi purposely kept non operational for the duration of our stay though at time of booking it clearly said it was available. So no relaxation with lake views in a jacuzzi. The owner pretends not to understand what he does not want to answer: I had actually what’s apped him about the hot tub which I didn’t need to, and he still did NOT he has switched it off so we cannot use it!! Later he pretended that if he was aware 1) he would have made it available 2) at the same time saying he could not operate it till after 15 April because of frost! So the lies get caught out. But these changes are not recorded on the website and he scams gullible tourists for their money! The flat screen tv is only in Russian ( not a common language) / there are no pillow case for the extra pillows… one can ignore this stuff but definitely not the highlight of the property for which one is paying a significant sum

“Amazing apartment with breathtaking view”
The apartment is very spacious and clean, really nicely decorated. It's got a massive and very beautiful kitchen with everything you need for cooking and more. Relaxing in the evening in a jacuzzi overlooking Lake Como, followed by a dinner on the terrace with that breathtaking view was priceless! The sauna was a really nice touch too. The owner responded to any questions very quickly and also gave us lots of useful information and advice. There's space for parking in front of the building. Overall I would absolutely recommend staying there!

“Happy finding”
Great location, huge size, perfect view, parking available, far enough from the road (at the same time not too far), perfectly equipped apartment and the yard (try to find a better place with barbecue and jacuzzi). Good kitchen (coffee machine has several adapters for different coffee capsules), that and also some spices are there, that might definitely help. If willing to spend some time in front of the tv (Don't Do So, better just look at the lake, but if) there are plenty of DVDs also! Good set. Last but not the least - have never seen so much involved host. Alexander has explained just everything starting from check-in instructions, video, ending with desired advices on where to eat and get local cheese.

“Epic”
Absolutly amazing place, with an epic view from the terrace. Wonderful spacious place with a jacuzzi and sauna. Highly recommend to anybody! 10/10!

“Gorgeous retreat with large veranda”
Beautifully-oriented and large flat way up on the hill overlooking Lake Como. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space to spread out. The large veranda and easy outdoor parking are the biggest attributes, for sure. Beds and amenities were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub, though it was not warm enough to use it the first day we were there. That was a bummer. Host was accessible by phone and explained what we needed to do to get it warmed up (which took several hours). We would have liked to use it upon check-in after a busy day. Kitchen was stocked.

Spacious apartment with a very nice view and terrasse. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommended You need a car to travel and discover the lake from there

The view was outstanding couldn’t ask for any better view and the aircon throughout was fantastic
