This modern, family-friendly guest house is just 50 metres away from Galiota cove and 200 metres from the romantic Colonia de Sant Jordi harbour, close to the area’s stunning beaches. Boutique Hostal Colonial offers themed evenings, including Mallorcan nights, gala dinners, vegetarian meals and tapas nights. The on-site café serves snacks, as well as soft drinks and cocktails, throughout the day. There is even an on-site ice cream parlour with over 40 flavours. With great rates and comfortable accommodation, the Boutique Hostal Colonial is a great base for exploring the magnificent beauty of the area. There are many spectacular, natural beaches nearby and lots to see and do for all the family, with plenty of nature parks, walking trails and cycling routes. I was lucky to find a single room for a night in this little hotel on short notice as I wanted to explore the beaches in the area. The experience of the place confirmed the good reviews it had received. My room was small but well appointed, the location was very practical and breakfast was varied with plenty of choice.

Very comfortable and well equipped room. Staff was very friendly and let me leave my backpack before and after checkin/out. Liked the water fountain to refill my bottle. Loved the ice cream place just below the rooms.

Everything was clean and new. They had a free water fountain and an extra shower available to use after check out. The breakfast was also abundant and tasty. The hotel hás an ice cream shop which is very popular and has decent gelato.

“Fantastic stay in stunning location. Would happily return and eat ice cream on the beach.”
The location is fantastic, walking distance to multiple beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars. The room was lovely, adequate size, HUGE comfy bed with nice linen and plenty of pillows. It was great having our own balcony and clothes-drying line for our swimsuits and towels. The cleaning service was great, we opted to have the room remade each day and it was nice to come back to a made bed and clean room. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Check-in and out process was smooth and seamless. We didn't have breakfast or lunch at the hotel as we were out and about during the day, but the one night we had dinner at the connected restaurant it was incredible. The chicken salad was exactly what we had been craving and the lamb shoulder was so tender, it fell off the bone and melted in your mouth - yum! We also had ice cream at least once a day, every day, from the gelateria downstairs and it was amazing. So many delicious flavours (the namesake Colonial flavour was the best!), generous scoops and really nice to have gluten free cones available, as well as knowledgeable staff who could advice on allergens in the various flavours.

Hotel is freshly new, located it the heart of the Colonia Sant Jordi. The room was pretty small, but very comfortable and ergonomically designed. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breafast was good, fresh and tasty.

“Amazing location and comfortable room.”
The room was comfortable with a fridge and good air-conditioning. Everything was very clean and well organised. The location is ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and restaurants.
