“Location !”
Best location. Lovely roomy spot . Comfortable rooms and all on suite . Easy access to shops amd the beach . Lovely big balcony with sea views . Garage included .

“Apartment with the best view in the resort”
The location is absolutely superb with probably the best view of the Colonia bay in the resort. The main room and terrace are beautiful. Its good to have garage parking too. It was good to have washing facilities and the olive oil and coffee were a nice touch in the kitchen. Bathroom products for you to use are also lovely.

“Lovely place but difficult communication with the host”
We liked the location - it was right on a lovely sandy beach so very easy to go swimming. There was a shop and a gas station nearby which was convenient. The property itself was well-furnished and had everything we needed for a long weekend (grill, washer-dryer, dishwasher, some beach gear, etc.).

“A very enjoyable stay in a first class beach side apartment”
The apartment was in a great location right at the beach and very close to the resort marina and restaurants It has a lovely patio area great for eating and sun bathing with a splash pool. The fit out out was high quality

“A perfect location with a fabulous view.”
The maintenance of the building was a little tired, very low water pressure & toilet holders hanging off. We lost power twice due to a fault with the dishwasher in the top apartment & the drainage in the showers were poor. We understand that everything can’t be perfect all the time but for the cost we think the above mentioned could be better.

We lost power twice due to a fault with the dishwasher in the top apartment & the drainage in the showers were poor. We understand that everything can’t be perfect all the time but for the cost we think the above mentioned could be better.

“The paradise”
The apartment is located in an unbeatable place. The tranquility and the privileged views from the heated pool is wonderful. Very comfortable direct access with private elevator to the apartment. We will be back for sure.
