Location is great (for the Spring at least). The balcony facing the beach is amazing! The apartment is specious, clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Smooth communication with the host & check-in. Would love to come back.

“Perfect wake up by the sea”

- The position: perfect, beautiful terrace in front of the seaside, quiet places with a nice beach and many restaurants around. There’s a market really close to the apartment, easy to find parking around (at least in March). Beautiful famous beaches are at around 10 km distance - The apartment: I loved the apartment, spacious and perfectly equipped. - Checkin: self-checkin is available, there’s a locker next to the first door and to the apartment door. - Owner: very kind to assist with our requests.

Great location near sandy beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boat rentals, etc., Only 35 min.from the airport, lovely small town with possibilities to walk along the seashore to both sides. Good for families with children. Good and silent AC in every room.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in April. The location of the apartment is perfect, with a fabulous view of the promenade and beach. The apartment was nicely furnished, well equipped and clean on arrival. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops close by.

We had a late flight arrival and we were able to arrange a late check in super easily as well as a late check out on the last day! The apartment we stayed in had an extra bathroom on the back balcony which was a major plus on top of the great facilities included on the website! The location was absolutely amazing, with a balcony looking over the beach and the beach was literally about 10 ft away from the apartment front door.

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the port. Convenient location right on the beach, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, places for walking around. The apartment is very well equipped, has everything you need and even more! I was pleasantly surprised that even such nice little things as a beach umbrella and toys for the sandbox were thought of, we were happy to complete your collection of toys for future little visitors! Every room has air conditioning, good wi-fi, and even an iron and ironing board - it all made you feel at home, thank you very much, we definitely recommend your apartments for families with children and give you the highest rating!

The location was great and we had everything we needed. The terrace facing the beach is great and the one in the back, for drying clothes and towels is a very useful addition. We had the apartment on the upper floor and it was really spacious. The host was very responsive and we were able to collect the keys from a lock box. We rented a car and we were able to park it in the nearby streets at no fees.

We have been there for the second time. The location of the apartment ist just amazing. Beds are comfy. Internet is working well and the apartment is very spacious. Since we came in winter now, we can add that the heating is working well.

The host Manuel is very friendly and helpful. View from the front terrace is fantastic. Location is just between 2 beautiful beaches and you can reach easily from Colonia other interesting places including Palma. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

“Perfect family vacation”

The apartment is very spacious and the location is perfect. We found everything we needed to cook. Our kids also loved it - they could go down to the beach by themselves. Supermarkets, restaurants and other shops are just around the corner. Best thing was the beach Es Dolc in 5 minutes walking distance.

It was a great vacation and I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who is thinking about going to Colonia. Manuel was very king and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was right at the beach and below us was a good restaurant and a souvenir shop. You won’t regret staying here :)
