“We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back in the future”
The apartment was lovely and large and very clean. Kitchen equipment was basic but more than adequate for our needs. The pool was really lovely and clean and plenty of sun beds. Host was easy to contact and very accommodating.

“Great value apartment in superb location for amazing beaches and sunsets.”
Great value, spacious apartment in a wonderful location. Small functional kitchen. Comfy beds and sturdy bunkbed. Balcony has view of the sea. Quiet, clean pool area with tables, chairs and loungers. There were parasols and beach kit left by previous guests which we found only after we had bought one !. Comms from the staff were excellent and really helpful. Nearby beaches are stunning. Beautiful 20-30 min walk to the port.

“Relaxing Family Holiday”
The location was superb, close to the sea, beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. The main street of shops was an easy stroll away. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable and it was great that we didn't need a key to get in or out. The communal facilities were kept clean and it was great to have access to a washing machine.

Would be more comfortable with drinkable tap water. Not sure if it’s an issue with the island or the area. But it was impossible to drink.

“Great apartment in a perfect location”
Fantastic little spot. Access was easy. We just let ourselves in and out. It was spotless and we loved the location close to the sea, it was perfect for us and we hope to come back. The pool area was lovely and quiet although the area is so beautiful we found ourselves sunbathing on the rocks and not using it at all. We do a lot of walking and we were very close to the boardwalk that we were able to do big long walks every day by the water. Beautiful.

“Wonderful stay!”
The apartament was very big and cozy. We had everyrhing that we need and even after the check out time, we could stay in pool area and have Access to toilet along with shower and towels. Great stay!

“Recommended stay in Maiorca”
The flat is conveniently located close to the sea. It is refurbished, pretty modern and spacious enough. Bed linen and towels are included. We had a very nice terrace and even if we faced the street, we could have dinner quietly and with privacy. Swimming pool is nice and the property itself is clean.

“Good apartament in reasonable price”
The location was good. Close to the beach, market, and restaurants. The air-conditioning is doing the job. Be aware that it is only in the living room, but if you leave the bedroom door open, it will be good enough. Nice terrace with the furniture and indirect side see view as well as swimming pool view. The swimming pool is small but again good enough. Kitchen with large fridge freezer, which is important, especially in the summer. Other equipment is basic but again good enough for ad hoc holiday cooking. Communication was very good with the host via WhatsApp messages. Another positive was the washing machine in the laundry room by the swimming pool with the washing powder provided. We had a car. There is no parking at the property and no chance to park on the street by the hotel at least at the time when we were there, but 5 minutes walk, there is a free car park, which is also busy but we always managed to find the space. The bonus was the beach umbrellas provided by the host at the arrival. And big positive and thanks for facilities provided for late checkout. We had room to leave our languages, which we had access to all the time with shower and toilet.
