Real family run Cacao plantation and chocolate factory. Breakfast and dinner were great - ranch style. The chocolate tour was incredibly educational and eye opening to the history of chocolate. The accommodation was really good and we slept well without windows (just screens) - wonderful rainforest experience. Horse riding was arranged for us absolute beginners..

Amazing location in the rain forest, on private property. So much jungle. The best food during our trip, everything homemade and the owner Pablo is friendly and very helpful. We decided to book a dinner which tasted amazing, soup as a starter and fish for main. Try the homemade granola for breakfast!:) The property has even its own chocolate factory there, and we bought dark chocolate which was also great! The room itself gives you the complete jungle experience as you can hear the sound of the jungle while sleeping.

We loved location, the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. The chocolate tour was simply amazing, we learnt so much. We also had a fantastic cooking lesson. Wish we had stayed another night!

The hosts, Ana and Pablo, were SO kind and involved in making your stay wonderful. Absolutely need to do the chocolate tour-they make an exceptional product and teach you so much. The property is stunning....pics don't begin to show you how beautiful it truly is.

Great food, amazing views and hiking trails in the jungle. Definitely the best chocolate in Costa Rica! Pablo and Anna are knowledgeable and wonderful hosts. The views and the chocolate tour experiences are the best parts about a stay at La Anita.

Pablo and Ana were really kind and really helpful. As I told Pablo during my stay I rarely give 10/10 however they really deserve it. The place is amazing, you are surrounded by nature and you eat traditional costarican food with fresh product grown in La Finca.

Pablo was the most welcoming host we have ever come across. He works hand in hand with his very kind staff to make sure our stay is the best possible. The Anita Rainforest just takes your breath away. A must if you're travelling to Costa Rica
