loved a spacious apartment for a reset, it had all furnishings to cook and wash with comfortable bed. it was also clean + good wifi and can run all errands you need to easily. staff were super friendly and accomodating to requests.

I traveled with my husband and our 6-year-old son, and everything met our expectations. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was perfect for traveling with a child. Our son loved the cozy living area and fast Wi-Fi (so important for cartoons after a long day!). The location is excellent, peaceful and quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We also felt very safe, which is so important when traveling as a family. What made this place special was the warm hospitality. The hosts were kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. They even helped us with local tips and arranged a taxi for our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend VIVAS Residencies to families, couples, or anyone looking for comfort, peace, and a touch of local charm. We are already planning to come back next year! Большое спасибо! ❤️

“Comfort and Convenience at VIVAS”

Exceeded my expectations. This could be a hidden gem in Colombo. Wifi was fast and stable which was a plus for me since i was able to work online there. Cooking can be done in the well equipped kitchen and laundry can be done for free using the washing machine in the apartment. Location was central and convenient.

Cleanliness and Location wise this was the best stay in Colombo for us. The staff is promptly available in the property and super helpful. Will come again. Value for money we paid was great.

Very close to Lanka hospitals and Asiri Hospital as well as Ayurveda clinics. Guruva restaurant was also in walking distance was very easy for us to get dinner. Cooking was also available. Also the staff was very helpful. WiFi was superb. Clean and apartment and clean linen. Met so many other Maldivians staying at the premises. Can recommend. Elevator access to all floors was very useful.

We visited the Al Hussaini Masjid in Colombo it's very close to the apartment. There's an Indian restaurant next to the apartment it was very convenient for us. We were also able to cook our breakfast meals also because they have a good pantry and cooking gas available for free in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and the staff was available for all our requests.

“Home away from Home”

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else. Good location and clean apartment.

Loved the view. Bedrooms were nice and clean, and staff was super helpful. A comfortable stay for 4 to 5 people. Wi-Fi was great as well. Definite recommendation from me.
